i. To explain the Historical Evolution of the Settlement (Omu-Ijebu) and the Adjourning Communities
ii. To discuss the Trend of Growth (Economic Activities) and Physical Development (Transportation, Housing etc.) of the Settlement
iii. To describe the Landforms (Topography/Relief) Hydrology (Rivers/Streams), Soil (Types/Profile etc.), Weather and Climate (Temperature, Humidity, Seasonality etc.) and Vegetation (Types of Forest/Shrubs, Grasses etc.) of the area.
iv. To describe the layout of the Settlement in terms of the co-ordinates and the boundary of the Settlement in the North, South, East and West.
v. To explain the Land use Activities and the changes it has undergone over a period of time and the Human Activities in the area
vi. To understand several settlement crises within the communities, and how those crises were managed and controlled.
